Jiangsu Runic Technology Co.,Ltd has recently added 16 automotive-grade chips that have passed AEC-Q100 Grade1 and meet the MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level certification, and the current number of Runic Technologyf automotive-grade chips has reached 51.

The 16 models that have passed the automotive certification include:

Logic chips: RS3G11XQ-Q1, RS4G08XP-Q1, RS4538XTSS16-Q1

Series Voltage References: RS3430XH6-Q1, RS3112-4.096XSF3-Q1

High-speed Comparators: RS393XK-Q1

Precision Operational Amplifiers: RS8552XK-Q1, RS8552XM-Q1

General Purpose Operational Amplifiers: RS8412XM-Q1, RS8412XK-Q1, RS8452XK-Q1, RS8452XM-Q1, RS6332XM-Q1

Low Noise Operational Amplifiers: RS724XQ-Q1, RS622XM-Q1, RS722PXM-Q1

 

Among them, the series voltage reference RS3430XH6-Q1 and RS3112-4.096XSF3-Q1 and other voltage value chips of the same series have passed the automotive certification. RS3112-Q1 series can provide voltage values: 1.25V, 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.096V; RS34XX-Q1 series is available in voltage values: 1.2V, 2.0V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.0V, 4.5V, 5.0V.
