The RS3215-Q1 family of devices is stable withceramic capacitors and uses an advanced BiCMOSfabrication process to yield a typical dropout voltageof 250mV at 500mA output. The RS3215-Q1 family ofdevices uses a precision voltage reference andfeedback loop to achieve high accuracy of ±0.75%.
The RS3215-Q1 series is available in Green SOT23-5, DFN2X2-6 and DFN3X3-8 packages. It operates overan ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
