The RS4538-Q1 is a dual retriggerable/resettable monostable multivibrator. Each multivibrator has two trigger/retrigger inputs ( B̅ and A), a direct reset input (R̅), two complementary outputs (Q and Q̅), and two pins (RXCX and CX) for connecting the external capacitor CX and resistor RX to adjust the pulse width of Q and Q̅
