The RS1G09 is a single 2-input AND gate with open- drain output. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of these devices as translators in mixed voltage environments. The RS1G09 is available in Green SOT23-5 and SC70- 5 packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C
